Farmer Tanyapong Jaikham and his team planted seedlings across the field in Chiang Rai’s province to create cartoon cat images, with the goal of enticing tourists and cat enthusiasts.

Using precise GPS coordinates, they positioned the seedlings based on an artist’s sketch, and the plants gradually changed color as they grew. Ultimately, during the final harvest, the rice straw will depict a portrait resembling Cooper, the cat that inspired this distinctive artwork.
