One week ago, RebelLUG members and numerous LEGO aficionados convened in Schaumburg, a Chicago suburb, for Brickworld Chicago, the grandest assembly of LEGO enthusiasts across the globe.

Amid the vast sea of creations on display, the ambitious New Hashima Project stood proudly, exhibiting the efforts of people worldwide who collaborated to achieve this massive and long-awaited triumph for the hobby.

Along with the biggest fan gathering and most extensive collaborative effort to date, participants were presented with top-tier creations. The occasion proved to be an utter delight for all who were in attendance.
