The transportation of hundreds of Jews to concentration camps, including Auschwitz-Birkenau, Mauthausen, Bergen-Belsen, Flossenbürg, Ravensbrück, Fossoli, and Bolzano, occurred via livestock wagons from this very track. Today, Track 21 stands as a memorial to pay tribute to those who endured the atrocities of World War II.
