A new architectural marvel, One River North Residences, is currently under construction in Denver’s lively River North (RiNo) district. Located just across from the 38th and Blake RTD Light Rail Station, this project is set to become a standout landmark in downtown Denver. The design, a collaboration between MAD Architects from Beijing and Denver’s own Davis Partnership, is expected to make a significant impact on the cityscape. One River North is envisioned as a luxurious high-rise building, featuring rental residences above a variety of retail spaces. Its most distinctive element will be a four-story central structure, designed to resemble a natural slot canyon, complete with over 13,000 square feet of water features and lush landscaping.
